I must be the worst blogger ever. But I am on a mission for April to do at least one creative shot on the days I have off from baby pics. Here are a few self portraits I wanted to put up just because, I am not sure what I am trying to do here, just wanted to do something more creative and different. I always have ideas in my head but as soon as I get to a location or figure out my lighting, those ideas often go out the window.

I am super pumped that some of my pieces are now exhibited at Art in the Atrium of City Hall Frisco as well as The Grape Escape in Frisco.

Family Holiday Shots

Holiday Shots are in full swing, this delightful family went for a quick 30 minute session at Central Park in Frisco. I absolutely LOVE their daughter's golden long locks and boots.

Hmmm? Never thought of that....

I've never been asked to capture a newborn babe in a football helmet, to be honest, it never really entered my mind....but since I love new and interesting shots, couldn't believe my luck for this opportunity. What a beautiful young family celebrating their first baby!!!

Of course this sweet baby girl looked at us all like we had completely lost our marbles! After some soothing, we tried again, with dad under a black blanket holding her head. She still wasn't having any of it, but I got a few good ones.

Photographing the Photographer

I don't like having my photo taken, as most people. That's why I am the one behind the camera 90% of the time. But forcing myself to take self portraits gives me some freedom and expression about what I am going through at a certain point of time.
